Where to find us

The Dual diagnosis team is based at Pitman House.

They are a mobile team and can meet with clients in the community.


Appointment hours

Appointments are available by referral 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Ask your mental health clinician to refer you.

The walk-in clinic is not available for Dual diagnosis.


Services we provide

We support a collaborative approach working with inpatient mental health team or community mental health centre key workers and psychiatrists. 

The Dual diagnosis service offers:

  • assessment
  • clinical case support
  • consultation for clients of mental health services
  • liaison with, and training for, alcohol and other drug and mental health service providers.
